We want your print to arrive safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are €6.95 per order within the Netherlands.
Delivery time
Our standard delivery time is 3-7 business days from the moment your order is placed. Since each print is printed and framed to order, this may vary slightly depending on the format you choose; any deviating delivery times will be stated with the relevant product.
Delivery area
We currently ship within the Netherlands only.
Carriers we use
Depending on your order and location, we ship with one of the following carriers: PostNL, GLS, DPD, or DHL. We select the carrier that best fits your order to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Packaging
Your framed print is shipped flat in a sturdy cardboard box, to protect it during transport and keep it in the condition you’d expect.
Track & trace
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your track & trace code, so you can follow your package on its way to you.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@cliffdeun.com and we’ll help you sort it out.
